After completion of initial visit, TCB will compile all the information and begin to build the prescription.

We will have on-going consultations to implement and/or review strategies.

Ayurveda Workshops

TCB will present the beauty of Ayurveda and concepts to small (2-4) or large groups (30-50) and anything in-between.  We will design the workshop to best address the identified key values.

Ayurveda covers such a wide range of topics such as digestion, characteristics, mental stability, nature's effects, interaction with community.  To name a small subset.

Ayurveda Retreat

Ayurveda and yoga retreats can be designed to meet your individual or group needs.  We will provide the instructors for yoga, the educational sessions, food and identify a desirable location.  The uniqueness of TCB Health is our focus.  We want retreats to be a relaxing getaway, but also transformational.  We will go into the kitchen and understand the energy of food and how it works in your body.  We will help create life long rituals that can be incorporated into our everyday lives.
